Damages and Issues

We aim to make your experience flawless from start to finish. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damage, or have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item, the fastest way to get what you want is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Begin the return process by reaching out to our support team at help@nutradale.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Reason for Return: We value your feedback—it helps us improve! Let us know why you’d like to return the product when you reach out.

Return Authorization: If your return is eligible, we will provide a return shipping label and clear instructions. Please note: items sent back without first requesting return authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, we will promptly notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
